Distance fees may apply depending on your delivery location. Our standard delivery zone (within 25km of our nearest depot) has no additional charges.
Distance Fee Structure:
- 0-25km from depot: No distance fee
- 25-50km from depot: $3.50 per kilometer
- 50km+: Contact us for a custom quote
When you submit your order, our team will confirm any applicable distance charges based on your specific location.
Payment
Residential Customers: Payment is due on delivery. We accept cash, credit card, debit card, or EFT. A valid payment method must be provided when booking.
Commercial Customers: Account facilities are available for approved businesses. Contact our office to set up a trade account with 14 or 30-day payment terms (subject to credit approval).
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), EFTPOS, Direct Bank Transfer (EFT), Trade Account (approved customers only).
Truck Bond
A refundable truck bond may be required for certain deliveries to protect our equipment. The bond is fully refunded after successful delivery.
Bond Amounts: Standard truck: $200 · Large truck (6m³+): $300 · Difficult access sites: $500.
Bonds are required for narrow access, sites that may damage equipment, first-time large orders, or unattended delivery.
What's Included in the Price
Our pricing includes premium concrete mix, delivery to site (standard zone), chute placement up to 3 metres, GST, quality certification, and professional advice.
Not included: Distance fees (beyond 25km), weekend surcharges, pump hire, extended pour times, waiting fees, or specialized additives.
Delivery Fee (Orders Under 4m³)
A delivery fee of $150 applies to all orders under 4 cubic metres. This helps cover operational costs and ensures reliable service for smaller projects.
Money-saving tip: Combine orders with neighbors or schedule multiple pours on the same day to reach the 4m³ threshold.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling are free if notified at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.
- 24+ hours notice: No charge
- 12-24 hours notice: $100 fee
- Less than 12 hours: $250 fee
- No show/truck turned away: Full order amount due

Site Access Requirements
Minimum 4m wide clearance, 4.5m overhead clearance, stable level ground for 24-tonne vehicles, clear turning area (trucks cannot reverse more than 10m).
Standard chute reach: 3 metres. Extended chute up to 4.5m (+$50). Concrete pump required for longer distances (arranged separately).
